Terms & Conditions: BuyMyLips Boutique & Gallery

1. General Provisions

By accessing or using the BuyMyLips platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BuyMyLips acts as an exclusive facilitator for the acquisition of unique, iconic treasures (the “Acquisitions”) provided by verified Icons and Stars. We manage the secure boutique environment, authentication process, and elite concierge services.

2. Member Eligibility & Verification

  • Verification: Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.

  • KYC Protocol: We reserve the right to request secure identity verification (KYC) before approving a member for acquisition. Accounts found using fraudulent information will be permanently restricted.

  • Discretion: BuyMyLips reserves the right to refuse service or access to the platform to any individual at our sole discretion to maintain the integrity of our community.

3. The Acquisition Process

  • Binding Commitment: Every purchase initiated on the platform is a legally binding contract. Once an acquisition is confirmed through our secure checkout, the collector is legally obligated to complete the transaction.

  • Fixed Value: All treasures are presented with a pre-established boutique value. There is no bidding process; the first verified member to complete the secure checkout gains full ownership of the item.

  • Exclusivity: Due to the rarity of our collection, items are removed from the gallery immediately upon successful acquisition.

4. Authenticity & Provenance

  • Verification: BuyMyLips provides a bespoke Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for every unique acquisition. We utilize rigorous documentation to verify the legendary source of each item.

  • Limited Guarantee: While we take every measure to ensure absolute authenticity, our liability is limited to the verification and provenance data provided by the Icon at the time of the item’s creation.

5. Payments & Boutique Service Fees

  • Service Fee: A standard Boutique Service Fee is added to the acquisition value. This fee covers our high-end authentication, insurance, and bespoke concierge services. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

  • Payment Deadline: Collectors must settle the full balance (Acquisition Value + Service Fee + Shipping) immediately upon checkout to secure the item.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept Wire Transfers, major Credit Cards, and specified Cryptocurrencies. Any secondary bank fees or conversion rates are the responsibility of the Collector.

6. Shipping, Insurance & White-Glove Logistics

  • Logistics: We manage high-priority, discreet, and insured shipping. Risk of loss passes to the Collector once the acquisition is handed to our specialized elite couriers.

  • Customs & Duties: The Collector is responsible for all local import taxes, duties, and customs clearances in their respective jurisdiction.

7. Final Sale & No-Refund Policy

  • Finality: Due to the highly personal and unique nature of the iconic treasures (such as lip prints and artifacts), all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued once the transaction is complete, except in rare cases of proven verification discrepancies as determined solely by our expert team.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership Rights: The purchase of a physical acquisition does not transfer intellectual property rights, copyrights, or commercial branding rights of the Icon to the Collector. The item is intended for private collection and personal display only.

9. Limitation of Liability

BuyMyLips acts as a high-end intermediary and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount of the Boutique Service Fee paid for a specific transaction.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international legal standards. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction established by the Platform’s legal headquarters.
